1. Apply layer of red polish to nails.
2. Paint top half of nails blue.
3. Add white dots. I didn't orignally plan to do this, but it helped cover up my imperfect red/blue barrier.

Captain America Nails
The original idea was to do Superman nails, but I got too lazy to make the "S" - so I'm calling this Captain America. It's super simple, and I think it looks pretty awesome.
1. Apply layer of red polish to nails.
